  • Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

    Tue 24 May 2022

    Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Tuesday June 7th 2022

On Tuesday June 7th we will be holding a Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Tea Party at our school.  All our pupils will be part of the celebration.  They may come to school on that day wearing their best party clothes!  Each class will perform a song to the rest of the school from a decade of the Queen’s Reign.  We will of course film the singing and dancing and put onto twitter for you all to see.

Can you design a new crown for the Queen?  You can use any resources that you have at home e.g. coloured paper, glitter, sparkly pieces, tin foil etc.  We look forward to seeing your creation!

Key Stage Two (Dosbarth St. David, St. Teilo and St. Tathan)

Can you create a miniature garden?  This can be made in a shoe box sized container, seed tray, turkey tray etc.  Be as creative as you like!  It would be great to see recycled materials being used.  You could even create a theme to your garden.

Please could all entries be brought to school on the day of our celebration – Tuesday 7th June.  We look forward to seeing all your creations!
