Rights Respecting Group will be holding a fun filled day to raise money for the school nurture and intervention room to support and help children with their education (all children have the right to an education article 28)

Advent Mass 2pm 20th December
Mon 19 Dec 2022Tuesday 20th December, Fr Robert will celebrate mass at the school. This is our first mass with Fr Robert. Families are warmly invited to come and celebrate with us.

ADVENT NEWS
Tue 22 Nov 2022The Archdiocesan Advent Adventure is back!; The Family Life Commission are delighted to invite families to the ‘Triple A’ family fun event at the start of Advent, on Saturday November 26th in Christ the King parish centre, Cardiff from 2pm, concluding with Vigil mass at 6pm. This FREE afternoon of Advent and Christmas based activities will have something for all ages and generations, including afternoon refreshments. It is open to anyone, so bring the whole family! During Mass, advent wreaths and Christingles will be blessed, before they are taken home as focal points for family prayer during Advent.

Y5 and Y6 Residential Consent Letters
Tue 22 Nov 2022Diolch to the parents who came to Residential Information Meeting. The consent letters are due on Thursday 24th November. No money is needed at this time, we only need consent letters at this point.
Please call the school on 02920 463234 if you would like more information.
The trip will be opened up to more year groups if there is room so please return your consent letter to save your space.

Non Uniform Day Friday 25th November
Tue 22 Nov 2022EXCITING NEWS!!!
This Friday 25th November , all classes will get to watch and support Wales in their match against Iran.
All children and staff are invited to wear red and pay £1 (payable on parent pay)
All proceeds will go towards sports equipment for the school.

Anti-Bullying Workshops
Sun 20 Nov 2022On 22nd November, Dosbarth St David, Dosbarth St Teilo and Dosbarth St Tathan will take part in anti-bullying workshops. The focus will be on FRIENDSHIPS and RESPECTFUL RELATIONSHIPS. Diolch to Bullies Out for visiting our pupils.

Tue 15 Nov 2022We are supporting CHILDREN IN NEED on Friday 17th November. Pupils are invited to wear pyjamas/Pudsey clothes and donate £1 using ParentPay. Thank you for your support.

Parent/ Carer Information Meeting for Y5 and Y6 Residential Trip
Tue 15 Nov 2022Parents and Carers are invited to an information meeting to find out details for the Year 5 and Year 6 residential trip next year. Please come along to find out about the cost, dates and details about the activity centre. Come through the main entrance to the school hall at 3.15pm. We are looking forward to seeing you.

Anti-Bullying Week 2023
Thu 10 Nov 2022Week of 14th November is ANTI-BULLYING WEEK. Your child take part in lessons and workshops focussing on the effects of bullying, how to be a good friend and who to tell if you are being bullied. Look on your class twitter page to see what your child is doing.
On THURSDAY 17th NOVEMBER we will be supporting ANTI-BULLYING WEEK by wearing ODD SOCKS to school. This will represent how unique we all are. Diolch for your support.
